Albany County surrogate candidates to talk it up tonight
The Albany chapter of the NAACP is sponsoring a candidate forum tonight for the candidates running for Albany County Surrogate’s Court. They are: Democrats Helena Heath-Roland, Murray Carr and Cathryn Doyle and Republican Margaret Adkins. The event starts at 6 p.m. at the Albany Public Library’s main branch at 161 Washington Ave. The Democratic primary is Sept. 14.
